Designed for Families, Perfect for Groups — Hochatown Cabin Retreat

Welcome to Happily Ava-After — named after our daughter "Ava" featuring a spacious, family-friendly cabin, also great for groups, designed for connection, comfort, and unforgettable memories. This cabin boasts 3 king bedroom suites with attached bathrooms for privacy. Our combined game room and bunk room contains two triple-stacked beds along with entertainment for the kids. This fun-filled space includes pool, air hockey, foosball, board games, jumbo blocks and a smart TV. Attached is a private bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo and a closed toilet area for privacy. 

The open-concept layout seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas, creating the perfect space for gathering and entertaining. The fully stocked kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals with ease—cookware, utensils, seasonings, coffee essentials, and more—so you can feel right at home, just make a quick stop for groceries on your way in. We also provide starter supplies like paper goods, soaps, and cleaning essentials to get your stay off to a smooth start. A washer and dryer are conveniently located just off the kitchen.

Our covered patio features an outdoor fireplace with TV, hot tub, propane grill, corn hole, and plenty of seating. Down below, kids can burn off energy on the play set or enjoy the custom swings, while everyone can gather around the fire pit for s’mores under the stars. A starter supply of firewood is provided, with additional wood available upon request. 

Location: Nestled in a cul-de-sac just off Highway 259. You’ll be less than 10 miles from Hochatown's best restaurants, shops, hiking trails, and lake activities.

Pet Policy: A non-refundable pet fee of $80 per pet applies, with a maximum of two pets allowed. Please contact me if you are bringing more than one pet. Pets are not allowed on furniture, including beds and should not be left unattended in the cabin. Excessive cleaning due to pets may result in additional charges after checkout. For example excessive pet hair, urine, feces, any damage from pets, etc.

Booking Requirements & Policies: The primary guest must be at least 24 years old and present for the duration of the stay

• A $1,000 security deposit is required and will be refunded within 7 days after checkout, pending inspection.

• A signed rental agreement is required to confirm your reservation.

• Door access codes and detailed arrival instructions will be provided 2 days prior to check-in.

**Failure to comply with house rules, including the pet policy, may result in immediate removal from the property without refund and forfeiture of the security deposit.
